So I opted for getting Steampipe over with a few hours ago. Replaced my huds configs and what have you correctly, and all seem to be in order. On the other hand, my mouse (DeathAdder 3.5) seems to be either sluggishly responding or seems to have undergone some unwanted sensitivity changes. I double checked to see that all my dpi and ingame senses were the same, and they are. Yet aiming and strafing seem super slow compared to before steampipe.
Thoughts? Anyone else experience this or something like it? Or am I crazy and this might have nothing to do with Steampipe...

I'm getting this feeling too except feels like my sensitivity was raised. Like you, I checked my dpi and in-game sens and everything was fine. None of this happened until I opted for steampipe.

I'm using a G400, and the profile-based DPI switcher doesn't detect Steampipe tf2, so it just uses the default profile. I noticed this really quickly since I play at 3300 DPI ingame and 400 on my desktop, I'd suggest making the highest switchable DPI on your mouse what you usually use for gaming just until it gets fixed.

I figured that you used a separate profile in the Logitech Gaming Software panel. The reason I had the problem was that I had it set up to use a different sensitivity when I was ingame. If you did not have any of that set up, I don't really know what your problem is. To clarify, I mean

I have a deathadder black edition and steampipe as well and i have no prob with my sensitivity. (400 dpi 5.5 sensitivity in game)

Didn't want to make my own thread, but if I change my sensitivity in TF2, when I re-launch the game it resets to my old one. Anyone have this issue with Steampipe?

Try putting sensitivity "*" in your autoexec.cfg, it should fix your problem.

Try putting [i]sensitivity "*"[/i] in your [i]autoexec.cfg[/i], it should fix your problem.
