Are all the conferences in Open going to be rolled into one? Central and East can stand well enough on their own, but West is only slightly larger than Invite.

Luckily, no, most of us are west, but I'm pretty sure if there were actual conference splits, we wouldn't even have an extension because that implies the divisions are big enough.

I have a real question about every season it gets extended last minute, why not look a day before the lock and decide then and tell us ASAP?
