Hey,
I have ~180 hrs in scout, over 1500 hours total in TF2, I have one season of comp experience, looking to get some real help with my DM.
I have been doing PUGs on #tf2mix and various unorganized pugs. I also have been doing newbie mixes every weekend.
If interested, add me here: http://steamcommunity.com/id/wezlyyy/
I have mumble, skype, whatevs.
Thanks!

If you really want to get better at dm then you should practice more. If you need help gamesense-wise, then a mentor can help you. just my two cents

Yes, I have heard that before. I just need some help with general consistency. I could also use some gamesense help.

If you're honestly doing 3 hours of mge dm and you've been doing so for a while as you claim and you're not getting better you probably aren't going to get better. Nobody can you help to move your move to certain spot. Sure there might be some small techniques but honestly you don't need a mentor to help you learn to aim. Anyone who adds you to teach you how to aim probably won't be a good mentor either since a good one wouldn't bother taking the time to teach you how to move your mouse to a target. Just me 2cents. GL learning how to aim I guess.
Thing is you'll get better by practicing, if you don't enjoy tf2 and you treat it like a job practicing going to work for 3 hours then I'd like to remind you you are playing a video game and you're eventually going to get better no matter how bad you think you are. The people who are the best at the game are people who genuinely like playing tf2 and can play it for hours on end not people who play for 3 hours expecting to be hitting meatshots every shot.
tl;dr KEEP PLAYING MIXES/LOBBIES (Yes lobbies) and playing dm mge.. You WILL 100% GET BETTER just like everything in life. However, if you're in this game to be the best meatshotter, you might as well give up your dreams and try to have fun since there's basically no way you're going to catch up to people with thousands and thousands (some 10k+) of tf2 at this point unless you've come from another game or have natural talent. HAVE FUN
