Last season I held an Open captains meeting to meet all of the new Open players and teams, as well as provide an informational session help make their seasons easier. At the end I held an Q&A session. I had a lot of success last season with at least 50 captains in mumble so I am going to do the same thing this season.
This Thursday, May 16th at 9 EST I will be holding an Open captains meeting. You get to meet Killing and myself! I will be going over the important rules, processes in place to get help from an admin in a bind, how the season works, how playoffs work, general advice, etc. after which I will take any questions you have about the league or TF2. It is open to the public, any and all new Open captains and players are highly encouraged to attend to help maximize your success in ESEA. If your captain can not make it at least try to make sure that one player shows up from your team so that at least someone knows what they are doing.
If you are an experienced Open player who has played at least a season of ESEA you are welcome to attend as well, but you probably will not learn anything you do not already know.
