So my mom broke my g400 on accident a few days ago and i'm still upset about it, but i have a 1 year extended warranty from newegg. So, when i emailed logitech about replacing it they said i have to send them the warranty via email or fax it. How am i supposed to do this? I purchased a warranty but i don't have a warranty document or anything that was shipped to me and i don't know what i'm supposed to do with it online (it just shows that i bought it on newegg) I'd really appreciate it if someone helped me. I didn't want to create a new thread because this doesn't seem hard it's just i researched about it and i couldn't find anything to help me. Again, thanks if anyone answers.

Logitech G400 is no longer in production nor being replaced. And usually you just need to show proof of purchase aka a receipt.

If you purchased the warranty with the mouse then it should be on the same piece of paper where the receipt of the mouse itself is (not sure if the right term but you should get what I mean) If you don't have that anymore check online in your user profile of newegg it should be there in your recent purchases.
If none of that works write an email to newegg or call em.

thanks goat i'll try that.
Guan if you read further into the thread you'd see that they still get replaced with other mice/models for instance the g500 or g400s

If you haven't done it yet, you should definitely contact Newegg customer support since that's where you bought the extended warranty. They most likely have one or more original G400 mice in stock to replace yours with anyway.
I learned that since it was refurbished logitech wouldn't replace it. I ended up RMAing with Newegg so hopefully i can get a new one (that is refurbished) thanks though

They replaced mine last week with a G400s.
All i had to provide was some of the information on the underside of the mouse whose acronyms i can't remember right now
