I've been running a team for a week now with some friends. need to get rid of neorussia before i go insane

To fill his shoes you'd likely need to be high open/im experienced... I'm keeping it kind of open ended though because I made the team to teach my new friends the game. I go over stuff for them and all that stuff.

the team itself isn't very good, although I assume it would probably be significantly better by post-season. anyways add me ty friends
