Cpriceso changing the map to a non-mge map to unload the plugin then changing it back again to bball appears to fix not being able to cap/pick up intel. Hopefully making the map restart every hour will prevent this from happening anymore. Also a thing to let bball spawn when you have less than 4 players added/unlmimited caps is coming, so you can have arenas just like the old bball iT.

1. Arena Skin? I really liked the old arena so it would be nice if it was possible to have arenas skinned like that (its less dull)
2. Bring back the ability to drop the intel on the net cause it created some teamwork and cool jumps
3. Remove the Caplimit/ Wins and loses. With this people play to win and the game becomes "who has the better shotgun aim" (its quite boring)
4. Make intel more visable. Sometimes i get confused which player has the intel and its quite flat on the ground making it even harder to spot.

I already set up the bball it server to have 1 1v1 and 1 2v2 arena with unlimited cap. However making the intel spawn before there are 4 players in an arena is proving to be a lot more difficult that I previously thought so I don't think that's gonna end up happening :/

I will try to get the updated map on the server later today... and will try to get all the shit that still isnt working (unlocks and such) done this weekend. Sorry I have been really busy =( I should hopefully have time to work on it tomorrow morning.

Just for future reference restarting the server doesn't actually fix it, you have to change the map to a map that isn't mge (ex granary) to unload the plugin and then change the map back. I still have no idea why this is happening, but hopefully I can figure something out soon.

So I just put the new mge and new map on the server and its not loading mge because its saying the map isnt recognized... obviously I switch back to v2 and it works fine.

I guess the spawns for the new bball map werent included in the file in the rar - so that was fixed... now the server goes into tournament mode and you cant play
For right now im going back to the old bball map (v2) until that is fixed
edit - still not working on the old bball map... not sure what was changed but you cant grab the intel at all now on either map =(

It works now, sorry this keeps happening but it's pretty hard to debug something when nobody ever sees what happens in game for it to break and there aren't any error logs :/

I just played the new multi-court bball map thing today and here is what I thought of it. There are a couple things wrong that I noticed right off the bat which was the Intel hitboxes are very small compared to the ctf_ballin_sky version of bball. After that I took the Intel for my first cap and landed on the hoop and nothing happened and I was confused but then like .5- 1 second(s) later I capped and I was like OK maybe I lagged or something but then it happened a couple more times so I started to realize that it was a glitch. A third thing I realized that the spark from MGE bball was on the Intel when you grab it. I didn't think much of it at first but after a while I couldn't really stand it.
If you don't want to read my long paragraph (sorry) just read this:
-Intel hitboxes need to be bigger
-Capping needs to be fixed a little bit so their isn't a delay sometimes
-Spark when you take the Intel could be made smaller or just remove it entirely because it can make people will bad computers lag a little when they take it ):

The capping thing is probably just tf2/sm being buggy or slow so there isn't anything I can do about that, and the spark is just the way it is. Either I remove it and you don't know who has the intel or it stays the way it is, sorry.
edit: I may have found a way to make the intel bigger, no promises though.

Well i'm just saying that capping lag and the flash wasn't a problem in the old ctf_ballin / ctf_ballin_sky map and I now nothing about mod making or anything so I don't know if its fixable.

I played on it for a bit, and just my two cents overall just felt superbly sloppy; from respawns to who the hell has the intel. As of right now I prefer just a four slot bball server.

I'm gonna try to attach an intel model to the back of the player with it intel since apparently a gigantic partical effect isn't enough...
Also spawns work the same as dm/mge/every sourcemod plugin ever that changes spawns so there really isn't anything anybody can do about the .1 second lag you get before you get teleported to the correct place, if that's what you're complaining about.
