Hm, apparently this bug only occurs on high resolutions. Unfortunately the highest resolution I can test is 1440x900 :/

Ok, I correct myself: "occurs on just about every resolution except 1440x900" :(
How can I get the old font back? I deleted "resource/fonts/Surface-HP-and-Ammo.ttf" and removed "_OLDSCHOOL" from the other one but it's still the new font.

Restart TF2, changing fonts doesn't work while you're in-game.

I found a fix for it already. Basically, the notifications get hidden every time the (in my HUD invisible) news panel gets triggered. And if the news panel is invisible you can't close it, which means that every time Valve posted something on their blog, the notifications got hidden. I guess the last time this happened was on the "Robotic Boogaloo" update.
I fixed it by making only the close button on the news panel visible and changing its appearance to the button which toggles notifications, so when the news panel ever appears on its own again all you'll see is the notification button without a number on it, which on clicking will close the news panel and thus make the notifications visible again :)

You don't have to install the fonts, they get included via clientscheme.res anyway. In fact, you must not install the fonts, cause if I ever update them and you have an old version installed, it will skip clientscheme.res and use the installed version instead.

I wanted to know what file I need to edit to change the color of the number of stickies (while they are already laid). Like if I lay down 4 stickies as Demoman, how do I change the color of the number 4 that shows up in the middle.
