Demos wont work

This is what I get when I am trying to open or watch any of my demos. Can someone help me? Also when I open my demo I can see what tick is it and the map badwater stuck inside another map that I was playing on D: Usually I get kicked from the game. I cant take a video clip to show b/c I dont really know how, but this is really annoying and I wanna do frag clips and frag shows but I cant. So maybe someone can help me...

valves updates break things occasionally so it's expected. how long has this been happening?

Its been happening almost for 2 month now. I cant watch any demos but when I send them to other people they work fine :(
