I had +150 too before march/april and it suddenly dropped to 90 (40 on midfights) im not really sure what happened, probably some shit update. I thought i was going to get more fps with steampipe but i was wrong

Sometimes if I get really low framerates restarting my computer can really even double my fps, watch out for programs running in the background too

Check your temperatures using hwmonitor maybe it's overheating? i doubt it though.

PrototypesTF2 is heavy on CPU. Your i3 is probably the problem.

i don't think so, i know people that play tf2 on pentiums (or w/e they're called)
and it runs just fine.
