fuck i wanna get rid of time warner so bad but the only other isp i'm allowed to get in my area is at&t universe. Idk if its worth changing

In SD as well, been here 6 years, used TWC for 4 of those years. Consistently shaky service punctuated with periods of a handful of days where things seemed to work fine. Speeds have always been much lower than advertised.
