Tf2 opens, then closes

Starting today, whenever I open tf2, nothing shows up; although i do go "in-game" in steam friends. After about 5 seconds, i go back to "online". I've restarted steam, my computer, and verified tf2, and none of these work.

here are my launch options:
-sw -w 1366 -h 768 -console -noborder -novid -useforcedmparms -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd -nojoy -noipx -nocrashdialog -nocdaudio

Running on windows 7 64 bit

do you have mumble open and overlay enabled? because the same thing happens to me when I have mumble open. Other than that, I don't know much about your problem.

if you have an fps config, go to your autoexec, search for the command "mat_antialias 0" and remove that command completely. That might allow you to have the mumble overlay enabled without causing tf2 startup problems.

I've got a similar problem, except it works until I try to watch a demo or join a server lol. Ty valve updates.
