I want to install the Metro skin but I can't really understand the instructions, can someone guide me, or just right the instructions in an easy way for me to understand?

Sure. Just extract the zip (or rar, forget tbh) to your desktop or wherever, and then copy it into steam/skins
(C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\skins is the default location).
Once you have that folder inside of skins you can just start up steam and go into the settings > interface tab and choose whichever custom skin you installed.
You can also adjust the color scheme and font through a settings .exe program. Drag the custom.styles that it creates (containing the new color, font etc) back into the skin folder and replace the old one (or make a backup). To apply the changes restart steam.
