Your picture is not the best to determine your ergonomical preferences.
If it is, I'm slightly worried.

In that case, you can get cheap intellimice 1.1 on the internet.
You will just have to adjust to a sidebutton on each side of the mouse.

I've used both the Deathadder 2013 and the G400. Loved both.
EDIT: Sorry, both are above 20 bucks.

You won't be able to get a good mouse for 20 bucks.

cm storm xornet is like 20 bucks on amazon (edit: yeah its $17 post-rebate and pre-shipping. solid sensor (just make sure you have a light-ish mousepad since it doesnt pick up dark mousepads so well) and good shape and build, tho its kinda small

You can find an abyssus for $30 if you're just willing to spend the extra 10. Wonderful mouse for the price point, but if you get one that's too old it'll have firmware with jitter issues; just return it and get a different one in that case.

DeepRazer Abbysus.
40 bucks, good mouse.
I second this, especially if you have hands that are small or are comfortable with a claw grip style. Plus, both the Mirrored and the regular versions are priced at around $34 on Amazon right now.

I'd reccomend you buy the abyssus at a brick and mortar store, b/c of the jitter problem so if you need to exchange it's easier.

I second the razer abyssus. Recently got one on amazon for 30. It's relatively small and lightweight, especially good for clawgrip.

If you can find one... Microsoft intellimouse 1.1 (look for OEM)
Around $10 max (usually sold for around $5). They are discontinued but it's a really solid mouse if you can find one. Best budget mouse EVER.
