For those looking to avoid damage when going through the Gullywash 2nd forward spawn doors, simply jump when coming out of the doors.
You'll no longer lose health when going through the doors.
Another helpful tip from Fog :D
EDIT:
FogAfter more testing, jumping AND crouching at the same time is much more effective then just regular jumping. If you were still experiencing issues with the door causing damage, try my new method instead.

I think any sliding door (or just any forward spawn door) will hurt you if you're too slow.

It's not going to get fixed unless a lot of people find it as a problem considering it was noted in the update notes somewhere.

Why would valve want doors to hurt you?

People keep saying it was in the patchnotes so it must be intentional but this isn't true. The patchnotes say (specifically under the list of changes to pl_badwater)
"Players will now be crushed by closing doors upon the capture of point 2 "
This is because if you were going out the shortcut shutter door from red spawn to the 2nd point area as the 2nd point was capped the door would close in the middle of your playermodel and you would be stuck in the door.
The damage bug probably has something to do with this fix but it definitely isn't intentional.
