Last season was a ton of fun and I appreciate Kuza for giving me the opportunity to play. Roster issues were a big problem and I don't think our record is indicative of how good we were.
Regardless, I'm looking for a team for S15. I think I can play in IM, and I'm looking for an IM team to play with. I'm open to playing in Open but rather play IM.
Available m-f 9-11 est can play later but I have work and shit so it's kind of annoying waking up early after scrimming late.

solid demo, not quite IM level though

if you haven't been on a team with him you shouldn't judge his skill level, he's IM ready imo or top open quality.
+1

To be honest the standard for IM has gone down with the season 14 size changes and I think spaceghost is just as good as plenty of demos in IM, worth a tryout

SGP is a fantastic demo from my experience playing with him this last season. He's dedicated to the team, to getting better, and to winning. He'll really shine on a team that can match his aggression and create the appropriate space for him. Just needs to comm a bit more so people can capitalize on his great damage.
If you're a team moving into IM next season and will need a demo, you should have picked him up yesterday.

Really really really aggressive. Sometimes he dies sometimes he completely catches people off guard and it turns into an amazing push.
With a couple of good scouts he'd be a monster.
EDIT: Should be in IM

I don't have too many complaints about him as a teammate (whenever I've pugged with him), but I do think he tends to play chokes a little too hard (which jeopardizes his teammates on certain maps). He isn't chill - he's very vocal when it comes to his thoughts. Don't worry though as he also isn't obnoxious or overly ragey, either.
I think that he's firmly on the Open/IM borderline right now. He'd do VERY well on a contending Open team next season - but would probably have a rocky entry into IM.
He's made some strides and is just one more season away from glory. As someone who likes this kid, I fully believe that one final Open run on a title contender will give him the opportunities and time he needs to develop his game so that he can become a GOOD IM demoman when he makes the jump. He might have the quality now to make a lower IM team, but I wonder if that's the best for him.
...but I also could be wrong. Good luck spaceghostpurrp.

why does the best player on every mid open team think they're im level?

#10 imo its because being better than everyone you play with and scrim against doesn't benefit you nearly as much as playing with/ against better people

Basically I think what dingo said is true it's just playing against better competition. It's not like I'm making a baseless claim I've ringed for IM teams before as demo and done very well. I wish all the people down fragging would say something.

Thanks radium I appreciate the thoughts and I think my former team mates would agree on the being vocal part.

Most good open players rang for an IM team or two at some point this past season. Furthermore, I'd hazard a guess and say that at least half of them performed very well considering they were ringing a division UP from their own.
Successfully ringing for an IM team does not pre-qualify you to be a 16 game starter for a decent IM team that could very well wind up in an Invite poll if they play to their capacity (not that they'd go up, but we've seen this happen before).
Please note that I'm not trying to marginalize you here - I just don't want to see you base important team decisions off of a common misconception.

To be fair, the team space rang for actually offered him a spot on their team. The only reason he isn't already IM is because he made the very mature and selfless decision to stick through our team's struggles and finish out the season. Had he taken the offer, this silly debate over whether space is IM material would be moot.

I stand corrected.

Space is a great player we just happen to play way to late for his new work schedule. GL man!

scrimshawwhy does the best player on every mid open team think they're im level?
Well you only get better playing with/against other good people.
And the skill level of IM isn't what it used to be. (hence the talk about main div)

Why don't you guys wait and see if he can actually play IM before bashing him before he even has a chance to play lol. Worst case scenario is that he gets better.
