1 stream problem and 1 hud problem

Hello! I'm new here here (been lurking for a few months though), anyway:
When watching streams on twitch.tv it randomly lags and stutters quite a bit, to the point it's pretty much unwatchable, but this doesn't happen if I watch the same streams on other sites such as this.

Also, how do I get different hud crosshairs for different classes? I know it's possible as on Tviq's stream he uses a different one for scout and sniper.

This site is pretty helpful on the crosshair switcher problem you are having.

you can have two different hud crosshairs, just make one visible for cl_hud_minmode "0" and "1"
