She is fun to play with and really cares about doing well and improving. She genuinely has fun playing TF2 and her excitement shows sometimes when she yelps :)
I would give her a chance, I think she would fit in nicely at the skill level she is looking for and should grow with experience.

Played with some pugs with her and she knows what she's doing. Very aware of where her team is, who needs heals, and when to be in/out. Also, does an incredible job of flashing when you need it the most. She can get a little upset when shit isn't going well, but she's definitely a solid pickup.

I have played with Ginger as my medic in many pugs as well as subbed a few times for some of her other teams. She is a very hard worker and always try's her best to make sure that she is in the correct spot with her pocket or other members of her team. French is her first language but for the most part with her coms she is very vocal and speaks English well. She takes POSITIVE criticism and learns from her mistakes. She is a very dedicated to the game, watches lots of demos and does her homework. She would be a great fit with like minded mature players.

Pretty decent medic, had good positioning and communicated fairly frequently with the team. Also talked a lot about what happened in each scrim, how she though she did and what she could do better, which is good.
Only problem I had playing with her was for me, her accent was a bit difficult to understand occasionally. I'm kind of a sheltered midwesterner though to be fair
