I thought Death Note was just some hipster thing but my fiance got me to sit down and watch it from beginning to end with him, and it was pretty damned good. I guess that'd be my favorite as far as I can remember.

G, the 08th MS Team and Wing are my favorites. 00 and the seed series are between decent and good. i don't remember too much of the older ones anymore. might go on a gundam binge soon

Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni is probably my favourite.
The second season is so much better than the first tho, if you watch the first season you HAVE to watch the second.
Evangelion, TTGL, DBZ, Attack on Titan (what ive seen of it so far anyway), Cowboy Bebop.
The first 20 or so episodes of Bleach are FANTASTIC, but after that it slowly starts to get worse as more filler has to be introduced. I haven't been able to watch it at all after the entire first arc.
