It is more than 4, there is a total of 54. All of the buildings got a new double efficiency upgrade (pink color).

Also confirmed, 2% milk per achievement.

The time machine one costs 1 trillion.........

Apparently, achievements are bound to your save file. So I don't understand how you are supposed to get the ones for re-setting.

Also, to get the ones for 1|2|4|8|...|128 and 10|20|30|....|90 you would have to sell buildings....

edit: nvm, normal reset keeps achievements. hard reset doesn't
