I'm getting weird lines coming off models that go to the top left of my screen. It doesn't happen while I'm playing with my fps cfg; it only happens with a movie config. It also happens while I'm playing other games. I have a nvidia gtx 660ti, temps are fine, and I've tried old and new drivers.

Here's a video of it happening.

Something similar to this happened to me when using someone's laptop and it was an AMD driver issue, but it seems you already tried messing with drivers. Maybe your card is dying for whatever reason?

I had a similar issue back when I was running dual 295's. One of them was dying and I had to replace it after it started BSoDing all the time. What are your temps? Maybe it's overheating.

It looks like more of a problem with the config then your graphics card, as if the models were bugging out. Try setting r_rootlod to 0.

I can tell you with confidence that this is a driver (also sometimes a vbios) issue. Unfortunately, it's probably going to be annoying and perhaps impossible to fix on your end.
