On topic: Piece is great even if it's not a Chicago style. Pequod's and Burt's Place on the NW end are fucking incredible. If you're ever in Chicago and get an opportunity to get some deep dish from anywhere nearby, go to Burt's place in Morton Grove and have your fucking mind blown.*
*Of note is that Burt's place is pretty much reservation only unless you get super fucking lucky. When you make your reservation you'll also give them your order, and when you show up they take your drink orders and bring your pizza right out of the oven to your fundamentally unprepared ass.

Chanello's in Richmond, Virginia that's good for delivery. Pronto's is good sit down. And Mary Angela's. And back when I lived in this small town in Elk Rapids, Michigan I went to this place called Chef Charles' and it was fucking incredible.
