The engie play was really interesting, I haven't played much highlander lately , specially with that new weapon, but it does look a bit overpowered seeing this.
I mean, you waste a whole uber with a heavy doing point blank damage to a sentry and you can't take the sentry out, that doesn't seem right, still great use of weapons as it is allowed.

A sentry's weak link is ALWAYS the engie, get him down. The sentry is useless.
EDIT: It's the RR's secondary ability that's more OP. the Ability to move a sentry via teleport.

Pretty sure all the hl clips were from plat or the nations cup, so still some pretty high level plays there in those hl clips. Just because it's not 6s doesn't mean it doesn't require skill and timing.

I'm so happy wrangler and rescue ranger is banned in 6v6.

Can somebody explain how uber pushes in highlander are ever successful? I know situations like #10 don't always happen but with 9 players to kill, more players to flash, and a wrangled sentry that effectively takes 3x as long to take down, I have absolutely no idea how an uber ever even does anything in this format.
I mean I've played some HL and I watch some HL but I never really let it sink in how much shit the combo has to deal with. It seems like the average uber would be fruitless, and every once in a while you'd get something good where the spy gets rid of the sentry and the enemy team is all clumped together so the demo has a field day.

The rescue ranger's actually well-balanced in terms of highlander and has been in the game for 3 seasons now. It kind of does for engineer what the crossbow does for medic.
The wrangler did most of the work in this clip. It effectively triples healing as well as health. You've always been able to tank a heavy with just the wrangler and a wrench, this isn't any different. That's why you don't solo uber heavies to take down sentries, it doesn't work if you're playing against a competent team/engineer.
Anyway, there's probably a lot of HL clips because UGC started their season while ESEA was still offseason.
