Faithless[...] is there a fix to the cut off on health (5) and the timer?
That is most likely down to how the source engine renders font. I don't really know a fix for it however I do recall that there was a similar problem on here in one of the HUD threads.

I've opted to remove it since Valve "broke" how it works. It doesn't stay on the screen any longer than the normal damage done text so I don't see a reason for it. To change the colors look in HudAnimations_tf.txt and search for health/ammo and you'll be able to figure it out.

Specifically: damage above health number (for visibility's sake if you bomb someone as soldier), avatars on scoreboard (only the older ones), and some personal color changes (so I don't see blue when I'm on red and get that ingrained in my head or something).

The only thing I know that is broken is the KOTH timer, which I've tried importing other ones and editing it, but it never seems to want to work. The underline that shows which team has the cap is broken/stays so far to the left and I can't get it to move, nor can I get team colored bars/backgrounds to stay between lives.
I'm using the version of KNHUD that was around before he, Chippy, changed the font from Heavy Solomon to Maven Pro. I imported his new spectator stuff, which is really nice (yA_HUD-esque and actually team colored), but not the scoreboards/haven't fiddled with them and the K:D is broken on them for me right now.
I got the captions from here, if I remember correctly.
It should also be worth mentioning that I use FogCrosshair1, the little plus that you can see on my screen. So if you don't want that, you'll have to change it in the hudlayout.res. Just change visible and enabled to 0 after ctrl+f'ing for "fog".

here blood, just drag this into your /custom/knhud/resource/ui folder. I commented the areas where you can move the model if it doesn't suit you.

It's not something I will put in but if you want to add it, open up Scoreboard.res and set "avatar_width" to 57 (which is default for making it square). This will distort the scoreboard so you will have to play with the "wide" and "xpos" values for "BluePlayerList" and "RedPlayerlist".

Can someone tell me how to get the "marked for death" thing wich is shown, when you take out the escape plan, in bxhud? If it isn't possivble for bxhud then for knhud but in minmode, because that looks better.
