Hello I would like to be esporting for S16.
I've played 3 seasons of Open and 2 seasons of IM.
S15 was kind of a shitfest for me cause I first joined an Open team where my personality was not quite compatible (to put it nicely), and then I joined an IM team which was fun but I was sick for 75% of the time and played like garbage because of that. :<
I'd like a team that wants to improve without resorting to shoving the blame on other people. Playoff-calibre IM team would be cool. A Main team would be even cooler, though I'd have to step my game up. (Not interested in playing in Open)

Good. He's deserving of either an IM playoff team or a lower-half Main team next season.
He's a very crafty player. He's also not the type to bail when things get hard.
His skill level has been on a gradual upward trajectory over the past 2.5 seasons (late S13: mid/high Open, S14: low IM, S15: middish IM, today: probably upper IM). There are no red flags that should hinder his methodical growth going forward.
