this site need more colour, looks a bit drab + industrial at the moment.
if the site were to replace the colour grey, in its entirety, from the background and header, that would be a step in the right direction.

i think it looks good, nice and simple and doesnt fuck with your eyes
I think the colour scheme is fine.
However, I don't like the actual design of the site too much. I understand it's trying to imitate GotFrag, but GotFrag has an outdated and unappealing design by today's standards.
Of course, this is just my opinion.
I want to preface this by saying that I think enigma has done a fantastic job on creating a legitimate site to serve as the base for all of competitive tf2, I wholeheartedly agree that the gotfrag-esque design seems outdated and needlessly obtuse. I know shit-all about web design, but maybe someone else who knows what they're talking about can make some suggestions.
It's better than every tf2 related site that forces the tf2 style, I like it, despite it being a bit 06, it worked in 06 it works now, it just doesn't follow the trend atm.
i thought this post was going to be about bob ross
its actually a really nice looking site i dont get what ur complaining about :/
A forum is a list of posts in chronological order, and this one also uses sidebars to display relevant information. It is set up as simply as possible, which makes it the best it could possibly be.
And the fact that when people glance over my shoulder it looks boring and work-like is a plus.
maximthis site need more colour
enigmaif you have suggestions mock it up in photoshop
I know some sites offer a "theme" trade button or something of the sort. But the best thing is to do is "K.I.S.S" ( Keep It Simple Stupid ). Don't fix what isn't broken whether it be mechanics or appearance.
Instead of trying to change the whole color scheme why not just change it for big holidays, i.e : Halloween orange and black, Christmas winter theme, July 4th red white & blue (sorry if this sounds patriotic). Like only minor color scheme changes.
