Tf2 is all blurry

I downloaded stabby's configs, custom folders, etc. yesterday. I started up tf2, created a server and joined tr_rollout, and tf2 is all blurry. Tried all I could think of :/

I had a similar issue once, I think the game changed my viewportscale to 0.7 and the game went blurry, so I changed it back to 1 and it was back to normal, maybe try to add this? :S

Edit: I'm to slow :(

DeepMat_viewportscale 0.05 for hard mode.

I actually pugged a few times like this. It made playing after fixing it very easy. Maybe could be used for warmups of sorts. May also be a terrible ideo.
