I have this problem where i cant move on my own dedicated server and my friends cant join

Ive already tried +left, +forward and a few more movement commands, noclip, setpos, etc. Its been happening since the christmas update, i used to host ultiduo maps a lot

make sure you have sv_cheats 0, sv_lan 0 and sv_region 255 in your listenserver.cfg
host_timescale >1 has the same effect as the one in the video, but that should not work with sv_cheats 0

This happened to me on local servers when I installed stabby's fps config, but when I uninstalled it, it was fine. I think host_thread_mode was the issue.
