BLoodSireThanks, I tried that but it doesn't appear to work. It just removed the numbers completely.
My bad, sorry Blood. It appears that the font "kbnBlack12OL" is only actually outlined in the clientscheme.res up to size 12. I'll try and see if I can't fiddle around with it and get some larger sizes input.
Edit: Alright, well I've gone ahead and added the larger font sizes for KBN. Here's the Clientscheme and here's the HudDamageAccount file.

I deal with hud requests/edits/questions on a pretty regular basis, so if you have a question or something I'm sure I can help you reach a solution, or at least point you in the right direction.
