Help with Chris CFG

Hey everyone,
So I recently installed chris's maxframes, and ran the game at ~100 fps, but after the update, the FPS dropped down to 30-40.
Any idea why and how I could fix it?

Valve breaks frames more and more with each update, it's most likely not you

De-frag your HDD and TF2 local files. 1s and 0s can get out of place when updating/installing.
