Future, you need to go on irc it's the best way to look for scrims. You can download mIRC pretty easily, from there connect to the GameSurge network. Then enter the channel #tf2scrim - Once there, post something like this: "6's ours/yours (<server) mapyouwant high open" ie. "6's ours granary high open+". Also the pug systems are via irc as well so it's a good thing for you to download it regardless if you want to continue improving.

with how developed #tf2scrim is there's really no need for a subforum. irc is in real time, so it's going to be faster. there's also nothing stopping you from adding people you scrim there and planning future scrims that way

yeah, that's a good point. idk, maybe just have a stickied post that says "if you want scrims, go to this channel"? because as of right now it doesn't seem like there's much of a way for newer teams to find out about the channel and if they don't know about it people are just going to keep making threads like this, only to be bitched at by the community at large

and as far as stacking lobbies go theres literally pages of logs of you playing hours of back to back lobbies with the same 4/5 guys on your team so i dont know who ur trying to fool

also im more than happy to admit that i would grab a friend and go 2v5 ur bind spamming, shit talking, 2000+ lobby group of friends to remind you that youre only slightly better than 5 disorganized newbies and absolute shit compared to people who arent scared to lose in order to get better
