lydAnd finally, if this season does happen, it would be awesome if whoever did open writeups could give some recognition to the newer teams, or at least not trash them every week. Writeups in the past have been a little rough around the edges for entertainment value, but it would be kinda lame to encourage all these teams to join open and then only talk about them in a negative light.

as far as i know, esea news will only be covering invite this season. and if the open articles last season were harsh at all, i don't know what to say. if a team plays poorly, then objectively you should say they did poorly and if possible why they did poorly. on the flip side, i tried to talk about what the winning team did to win rather than what the losing team didn't do that caused them to lose.
