Well honestly, my hair is the longest it has ever been. It's about 6inches and looks horrid since I haven't got a haircut in 3 months, but it's so I can donate it in another month.

Short hair and just sold my g400 after a year and a half of service. Still works 100%.

my G400 works great and looks like it's brand new... it doesn't even get smudges when holding it.

Never had problems with my g400 when I cut my hair every 3 months. I tried to grow it out for 6 months at one point and then it broke.

I had long hair when I used to use the MX 518. I went through about 6 of those. I now keep a buzzcut and use a G400s. No problems for 6 months now. Theory confirmed

AloSecshort hair, never had a problem with mine. put mine in the closet for a zowie after ~6 months however.
