Oh yeah. Vaccinator is hell to try and fix for me. I've tried and failed quite a few times. I'll see what I can do, but for now I think it's stuck like that.

Damage numbers can be moved/removed in the HudDamageAccount.res file. The mini ubercharge number can by removed in the HudMedicCharge.res file under the "ChargeLabelTiny" definition, just set visibility to 0. The same file deals with the Ubercharge number.

- The pastebin for hudanimations_tf in #17 worked for me in enabling flashing HP and ammo, though I had to edit it slightly as it disabled my uber bar flashing on full charge. It'd be nice if you add/edit that function in at some point.
- The ping is cut off from the scoreboard in this version (though I fixed this myself by shrinking "score_width" in scoreboard.res from 25 to 21).
- The option to remove shadows from the hud numbers doesn't seem to work.
The last two are more annoyances than anything, but any help/feedback is appreciated.

You can go into HudAnimations_tf.txt in your scripts folder and find the section for uber. Change both instances of "Uberflash" to "Uber" and you should be set.

As to your problem with the respawn timer and UNKNOWN, not sure what's causing this, you may want to just reDL the HUD and see if that fixes it. If not, then let me know. Also, not quite sure what you mean by disabling the HUD's shadows. Could you elaborate?

I have been using this HUD for a few days now and man, this is a great HUD. One thing I have noticed however, is that the winpanel does not display the highest killstreak from the match like the default and many other HUDs do.
This is somewhat annoying but not a huge problem. I just thought you'd appreciate the feedback anyway.

At first, I had unknowns in place of the respawn and server timers. But after re-installing the hud (1.09), they're now gone entirely. Not just replaced by unknown, but just not there anymore. I'll try using ver_1.1.0 and seeing if anything changes. Starting to wonder if it's just a matter of the hud not being optimized for my resolution.

Was thinking the same thing, but when I tried your resolution and the respawn timers were present. So I'm not sure what the problem could be.

-New Backpack page numbers, A and D switching still works
-Backpack loading animation now works
-Updated KOTH timer to no longer coverup the point. You can revert this by replacing values with those commented in the file, if you prefer the old look.

All fonts are included in the download, so I'm not quite sure what you mean by your question. It should automatically look like the screenshots.

I made sure the weapons and unusual effects and stuff for each class fit inside the 'box' and didn't suddenly get cut off or go off the screen, and every class looks about the same height and angle so it all fits and matches.
Spy is a pinch bit taller because when he pulls out his sapper or knife the weapons are really low on the model.

and edit the numbers next to ypos and xpos, make xpos 100 and ypos r100.
( I think it looks 4000x better in this new spot anyway. )
