Last night when the server crashed mid match for us, I got some of the best customer support by actually talking to an admin and within 10 minutes they got a new server and then there were no issues after.

Be thankful that your team leader messaged me at 10:10, 20 minutes before the match even went live, to try to sort it out and make sure you could join the match. Considering the fix was to restart your computer, I'd say you put in the minimum amount of effort required to play the match, which your team won anyway. Thank you for the complaints and I will try to include "restarting your computer" in the FAQ.
on a serious note, wilson is the only person on our team who was actually complaining. Everyone else was actively trying to fix it, wilson is just a fucking idiot.
