For further reference you don't need to release alphas of huds. Also red is probably the worst color for legibility, please don't use it.

Just having changed the health and ammo hardly makes it an actual HUD. You're going to have to add more to it than just that. Try experimenting with different files, or watch some of rays tutorial videos (if you haven't already).
