Check Server Status

Can someone do me a favor and check and see if they can connect to this server?

74.130.22.94:27016

It's a personal server I'm running and when I add it to my favorites list I cannot connect to it, states Server Status is Not Responding. But if I join via console using connect it allows me to go through. Says server is in internet mode not LAN but I dunno what else it could be?
