This would be pretty good not just for TF2 but Dota2 as well, there are very little leagues run for smaller teams, if UGC do it for EU as well I would definitely get a shitty 5 man going to play in it.

Do you ever think this could happen with League of Legends too? There really is no competitive scene besides the Pros, unless you count tournaments. I feel like it would flourish in League.
