I played a bit with interp, and other commands but i surestimated my conection and i would like to know the default ones.
You can use -autoconfig in the launch options to reset everything to default. Don't forget to remove it after the first launch or it will keep resetting everything when you load the game.

My connection keep switching between 70 ping and 350kb download speed and 28 ping and 2.5mb download speed(not to mention the constant jitering of the ping itself). Also, i know those ones because thats the ones i tried using. Chris even say that the default ones arent that bad for hitscan :/
