It was really entertaining, Atletico just couldn't be more powerful but it kept their game up until the end. Real Madrid had more body to confront the match and waited until the end to have a chance.
Di Maria, Ramos, Godin and Juanfran were the heroes of their respective teams.

Di Maria was absolutely amazing for Real.
Gotta feel for Atleti though, highly likely they are going to lose a few players and possibly Simeone. Despite knocking out Chelsea, they had an incredible season in La Liga and a great run in CL. Such quality footballers in that side and a fantastic manager.
Can't wait for Diego Costa to come to Chelsea!!! :D

Couldnt understand why ref gave 5 minute extra time, but in general - well played both teams.

nah dawg i think someone who just scored his 17th goal in a single CL is allowed to celebrate like a maniac
he didn't play well this game (coming back from injury as well?) compared to normal but he's had a monster run this CL
di maria was a god of the game and the scoreline defs doesn't reflect how incredibly tight that game was
He did have a great run this year but he didn't touch the ball all night, and then he just gave up at the end when he passed it off to marcelo instead of taking the man on and scoring the winner
