Hey guys, I'm a competitive tf2 highlander looking for a team as a pyro or sniper, as a main player not a sub.i am looking for a pretty high skilled team. I can talk on mumble as well. I am familiar with the competitive scene of tf2 as I have scrimmaged against other team.
Are we not talking about:

Let's make fun of new guy in the game that is already interested in small comp scene. Sure is welcoming.

There's nothing wrong with starting competitive early...

Honestly hours mean nothing in this game. There's plenty of people that have 2000+ hours of just pubs and are still garbage. The sooner you get into the comp scene of this game the better.

maybe so, but its going to be hard for him to find a team with only 135 hours over all on tf2

You can make a low div6/iron HL team with a bunch of people with little to no experience, and it still helps you improve a lot.
