Hello TF2 peeps.
SYOPS will be reforming s17 in ESEA IM and CEVO pro or main (not sure how that one will work). Sadly, things didnt go as planned and people parted ways at the end of the ESEA playoffs.
Basically, we are looking for players who can compete in ESEA IM+. What that means is players with at least Open/IM playoff experience. Our goal is to make playoffs.
From past experience, here is a list of traits/qualities of people that work well in my teams:
- Accept/give quality feedback to other teammates
- Keep open communication with me/teammates in-game/out-of-game of problems or just how to improve our game-play
- Push to improve your personal game play and help others around you. So if that means dm, mge, demo reviews, team map discussions, end of round quick talk... yes i like that sh*t...
- Ability to keep others focused around you
Priority tryouts would be pocket and demo. So we can go from there and pick players from that player base.
Long term goals is to build a team to compete at an invite level.

Pocket/Roamer: RJ and Fragg?/you?

High IM team thats starting roster so far consists of two people? By that logic you could be a low IM team too, just depends on the pickups.
Seems a bit silly but Maik and Cheeriss put a lot of time into this game so its a good base to build up from, if they pick up people with the same mindset they could probably work well as a team.

Cheeriss will not let me play roamer for them, but that's probably a good thing. Nice peeps, fun to hang with, and very dedicated to team improvement.
