So I recently reinstalled Windows (Been a while, lot of random junk built up)
And before I could stream Tf2 just fine with no lag.
On attempting to do so on this clean install I cannot. I get horrible frame lag. Although, my FPS stays at around ~300-400 and I can cap it to ~200 and it remains there but I still get frame rate lag. Almost like VSync is on (Which its not).
It feels more like rubberbanding but I'm not skipping forward or anything, its just.. stuttering.
Any advice?

#2, as well as your drivers in general, and also make sure your power settings are set on "performance"

Yeah, as I stated I've re-installed all of my MB drivers. Also my power settings (More specifically, my processor power management setting is Active)

did you reinstall from the website or the cd? the cd might be outdated

Interestingly enough.. I decided to re-install Windows 8 (What I have on before) and I have no problems what so ever...
