Low quality? Do you mean just the little clips of the person talking or the game play? It shouldn't be low quality.
Right now might also not be the best time for this, we have a big storm rolling through and it always messes with my internet..

The video has a bitrate of ~14,000 kbps. Unfortunately, it's going to be very difficult to impossible for people to play this real-time, given the median upload speed of home bandwidth.
