tried a bit of jumping and i thought of this cool new rollout if your med heals you good you can even have ~155 in the medpack
please tell me what you think

Seems like this one presents a higher risk of ending up with bad health (or cratering).

double sticky jumping with that much health is way too risky, if you miss the surf you will definitely crater

you have to either be a complete retard or dont press crouch to miss the first surf and the second one is pretty difficult but possible

Looks fun, but i dont think the medic has enough time to drag 260hp to you till you reach shutter door, your hp shouldnt be the same as u want it to be.
The medic usually can give you your final buff at maximum at the piller before he has to give crit heals to the roamer and scouts to make it as effective health for everybody else on the team.

its okay if you do it with ~200, but 220 or so is the maximum i ever got and it worked fine

I feel it could be viable, but in my opinion it's too risky you're prolly gonna be at less health than what the video is portraying, and if you screw up the rollout I feel like cratering is a huge possibility.

i did it in a few scrims and never cratered. dunno if its just me but you could try it

well you could also do the jump super risky and arrive with ~35 hp (when you do the double sticky with 200hp) just fly a bit higher and skip the surf

no that is really dumb, you aren't taking into the consideration of having really shit health getting into mid, any demo or roamer that hits a shot before you try to touch the pack will kill you instantly

you arrive half a second earlier than with kaidus' rollout if you do it right so you can prevent the enemy demo from getting the health or spamming to you and your roamer should arrive when you do so he can protect you.

Except when performing the kaidus rollout, you land DIRECTLY on the health pack if done right. I seriously doubt your rollout is faster considering you still have to walk to get the health pack.
And kaidus' rollout is just so much more fun

you dont have to walk if you do it right. because if you do it right (not like in the video) you get the second ramp slide and land on the pack

Not even faster than the average rollout on this map, less health as well, exactly why would this be viable Earl?

I don't get the point of this rollout. It is basically more risky and trickier to execute perfectly than the Kaidus rollout and doesn't actually get you to mid any faster.

You actually get there with roughly the same health if you start both rollouts with a full buff at the spawn door. However, the double sticky rollout is 1-1.5 seconds slower than the pogo rollout and the failure rate is much higher, especially when you have a bit of latency. That's without mentioning the fact that those 1-1.5 seconds don't just mean that you're slower, but they leave you vulnerable to the roamer.
With the pogo rollout you can get two stickies on top of/flying above the crate before the roamer can get to it, not to mention the fact that if you do the little rampslide to get directly on to the point you are shielded from the roamer by the stickied up crate unless he wants to land on the floor next to you, where a pipe(maybe two) will finish him. With the double sticky rollout the roamer is already on the crate when you get to the little rampslide. If he's a little slow he can just fire at the little ramp while in the air because that angle is completely open. He can't prefire you when you're standing next to the crate on the point after the pogo rollout, because the crate is blocking that angle, not to mention he can safely land on the crate afterward and have the high ground because there are no stickies on it. I don't see any reason for doing the double sticky rollout.

double sticky is the fastest i know of right now you're on the pack when your roamer arrives in middle and you have plenty of time airshotting or whatever main demos do.

It's good that you're trying new things. But I think the weakness of this rollout is that you spend more time walking than the standard method, and you are also taking a less direct route. Would like to see the timings in a match but it looks like it would be slower.

well in the vid it is pretty slow but you can use the pillar on the left side when you come out of spawn to cross over half the distance you would have to walk, also you have to get the second ramp slide to be fast enough

phew, you're one stubborn mofo huh? must be a joy to play with you on a team
you're right, everyone is wrong, that is the best rollout in the world for process thanks for teaching us plebs a new way

Kaidus's Rollout, starting from the moment where you can move in spawn and when you land on the health pack, takes about 6,7 seconds with 145 health.
Your Rollout, starting from the moment you move in spawn and when you take the health pack, is about 11 seconds, so about 4 seconds less than kaidus's one
