this isn't different other than putting the sticky on the wall, correct? if so i don't think calling this version simpler is entirely accurate.
for me personally it's easier to get the right trajectory and speed for the pogo (kaidus rollout) from the ground on battlements the way he does it, while it's easier to do the regular process rollout from the wall.
i also think if you're going to be doing this super fast rollout you probably should do it as perfectly as can be, which is from the ground. as kaidus said you're putting yourself in a vulnerable position, especially as far as their roamer is concerned. not sure of the timing, but if this is a full second slower (it might be) then the roamer could very well get a medium range rocket on you before the pack if they go super quick.
also what's with all the process rollouts? unless it's more practical and consistent than kaidus' it's barely worth "discussing".
Process rollouts are flashy and hard to execute, so they're kinda rewarding to nail down. As for the rollout shown here, I agree with komorebi.
If you're having trouble with the second "crouch" sticky jump from the battlements and not getting enough distance, then you're probably detting too early. you should be almost fully crouched but still moving once you det to get the distance required for the pogo. Also the pogo sticky should be somewhat charged before you shoot it as you're moving through the air until it's fast enough so you can see it in front of you. This makes the sticky fly more ahead and directly beneath you when it comes time to det. It's also more consistent in that you can see the actual sticky in front of you and time your det to gain the maximum momentum on the rampslide through choke.
The normal kaidus rollout should get you at the healthpack by 9:47 , while you reach it around 9:46-9:45 in the video. A full second is pretty important if you're trying to fend off a faster roamer, who can come in around 9:45. You can set up a trap or prefire air dets to counter him if you arrive earlier.
The extra time it takes to walk to the little hut on battlements is not worth the slightly-faster-than-normal-rollout time of the rollout. Take your time to learn the complete kaidus rollout; it's really not that difficult once you put the effort in.
its meant to be easier so you can perfect it easier and quicker, the wall jump is easier then the crouch jump
That would have made sense if the first jump in your rollout wasn't a crouch det either lol

This one in theory get's you unseen by their demo if he/she rolls out to their left. The rock will block their view of you. Which could get you to their sewer before scouts arrive. So you could possibly flank their team rolling out at choke while they're in/near it.
This has the best success with a roamer who is also rolling out very fast with you to create the distraction and or help fight nerds. Regardless, it's high risk, high reward.

You can actually just jump directly up to their sewer door if you change your height and det timing slightly on the normal pogo rollout. Your average speed is probably fractionally too low to get there before anyone notices you if you do it as shown in the video.
As for the OP, let me ask you this: If you can't be bothered to practice a crouch jump enough to do it consistently, can you be bothered to practice a pogo jump enough to do it consistently?
Here is Pharaohs rollout with time, you can either go for the small HP pack or the extra slide to be even faster (and less chance of being seen) but more vunerable

Also I know it is kinda sloppy :P
