Have you tried HudStopWatchObjective and HudStopWatchObjectiveArrow in HudTeamGoalTournament.res? I believe that's what you are looking for.

I am also a fellow pvhud user.

Had a quick look and in HudStopWatch.res there's a section called "StopWatchScoreToBeat"
if you changed the "enabled" field to 0 or made the width/height 0 that would get rid of it I guess.

Haven't tested it myself but seems like it should work.
