Just checked and Star doesn't have one. That is crazy... he's been making TF2 vids since the dawn of time and regularly gets >100k views.

Send me your unusuals if they are just pixels and clearly don't matter. Community weapons show people's dedication and hard work they have put towards helping the video game they enjoy playing, which is pretty awesome. Some people are willing to pay hundreds/thousands of dollars for community weapons, but I guess they are just pixels o_0.

I would like to see some of the more behind-the-scenes guys that don't often get a lot of recognition be nominated, especially some of the coordinators of Kritzkast, any league admins, and some of the map makers that are having their custom maps played in the various leagues

I don't need a weapon to qualify my contribution to the community. I don't see why it's so important. Shouldn't the work you do be good enough? If it's just to get an item, then was it really for the community in the first place? Just seems selfish to need an item to signify what you've done.

Honestly, I take much more solace in people telling me they started played TF2 or got into competitive because they heard a cast I did. That's much more gratifying and rewarding than a weapon.

The amount of people that STAR_ brings into this game is ridiculous; I myself was attracted not only to the game but to competitive TF2 by him and his time in Gangsta Game in UGC HL Platinum. He is more than deserving of a community item.
