After using this http://e-3lue.com/int/individual%20product/Mazer%20-R.html for a really long time, i decided that i would like a new mouse and i am interested in a razer deathadder, but i know that there are a lot of versions of the deathadder so i want to ask which version should i buy or to just buy another mouse instead? thanks.
well the new chroma requires the same amount the dough as the old ones
From my experience, I'd say don't, especially with the ones in HK there are no proper authorized resellers, I got one last Christmas and it broke recently, and already $550 HKD down the drain and I need to buy a new mouse. I think overall razer has reliability issues, not that I like bitching on razer.... I'd say just buy logitech/steelseries/zowie or if you really wanna get the deathadder get chroma.
as you know i am from hong kong , there are no zowies in hk ( at least from my search ) for logitech, i personally hv a g400s which is amazing and i wanted to try something different. then what should i get?
no zowie fucking sucks. but no need to try anything diff if youre gonna have annoying reliability issues and could just spend the money on a diff upgrade
just like any other part of ur setup that feels more in need of an upgrade
yes i want a upgrade on my mouse so what should i get ? ( sorry if i am bad at english)
DA 2013 is a solid mouse, I'm skeptical of the 10,000,000dpi chroma version though
the 100000000 dpi chroma has the same sensor ( good job razer)
M4TTthe 100000000 dpi chroma has the same sensor ( good job razer)
So it's just a simulated software dpi increase? GG
If it performs well at it's native dpi of 1800 then maybe I won't be screwed when my DA 2013 needs a replacement.

any da users here can talk about their da's build quality? (not sure if its good)
btw i use claw grip
and plays with 2400 dpi with 1.95 and 5/11 windows ( the dpi can be changed)

Also, why does zowie sucks?

Get steelseries, or order zowie off the internet. I live in HK too I've seen logitech + steelseries around, just get a proteus core maybe?
Shipping fee is gona rekt me if i get zowie, also the g502 is too heavy for me
Just go to SSP and check out the stores around there. I buy all my gaming gear from there and none of them have broken yet. They have displays there for you to try the grip on the mouse. And Zowie is not in anyone's dictionary here.
EDIT: I used a DA2012 before and got sick of the stupid piano finish which collects dust like post stamps and got a DA2013. They're both still working. Used for around 3 years.

My DA2013 has lasted me about a year and I have no complaints, pretty solid build quality. ALTHOUGH Razer has really shit quality control so there's a chance your DA will be faulty. I recommend buying from Amazon if you can because usually they have a decent return policy.
I claw grip my DA without much issue, I have fairly large hands and my only complaint is that my ring finger tends to rest awkwardly on this corner:

It's not something that bothers me or causes any discomfort, it's just something that some claw grippers may find annoying.

After some research, i think the da black editon is the best. Will get soon (?)
I would definitely recommend it, have used it for a year. Although the light force to click has given me some troules, but it still is a great mouse. DeathAdder 2013 ofcourse :). Anyway would have liked to see some features about customizing the colors.
i've had to take mine apart and fix it at least five times, performs fucking great though
ive had my deathadder for 5 months now, and i love it and havent had any problems with it. I would personally just buy the chroma as even if there is a problem, razer has excellant customer service and will replace your broken one with a new one
I recommend the deathadder black edition; it doesn't have the rubber grips or LEDs that the 2013 has, but it's also $20 cheaper
ya the fk blows. get a black edition or 2013 they are both really good, had my black edition for like 3 years

Go 2nd floor in the electronics market place and to the end on the right as u come up from the elevator and u will find a shop which sells razer. Just search around I've seen at least 3 shops that sells Razer in SSP (hope u mean samshuipo)

the one from this thread seems to be extraordinarily good from specs, I plan on buying 1.
DeathAdder Black Edition is the most reliable from what I've read
Logitech G400s is really good
Logitech G402 is also really good but a tad heavy
Zowie FK and FK1 are both extremely good mice (the sensor gets dirty a little to easily for my taste though)
