So I've finally decided it's time to try to get this a bit more spotlight than it's had, since people seem to have liked it after it was initially released:
VServe AKA servers.voksul.net
VServe was an idea that I came up with after seeing what serveme.tf does for the community, but wanting to change the dynamic of how it is done a little bit. It also came from the fact that I have a dedicated server in chicago with a large amount of spare resources that could be used for such a purpose. So I set out to make a site that would fit what I want to see in a server reservation site. Given that in mind, we have ended up with the site we have now. The site has many features, namely:
Instant Reservations
This might be seen as a downside to some but at the moment you can log into the site and instantly reserve a server for an hour and a half* as long as there is one there. This is good for those who want to use the servers for lobbies or need a quick server for a scrim.
*Depending on the reservation type it will also end after you finish either 1 or two games. A game in this sense is defined as one half of a competitive match. So for example, One game of payload is where you play offense then defense. If you select the option for 2 games, this will allow you to play two of these 'games' before it ends the reservation.
STV for servers
All of the TF2 servers that can be reserved have links on the website that allow you to view the STV of a server (provided the STV is running at that time). This is limited to 10 players due to a degrade in performance with the more STV viewers there are.
In line with this, it also records every match and allows you to download them from a list of either your recent reservations or a large list of all of your STVs up until that point.
Logs.TF integration
At the end of each game, the servers use the logs.tf plugin to upload stats w/ medic stats and super stats to logs.tf and then grabs the link and sticks it your recent reservation so that you can view the stats afterwards.
Website interface
We've tried to make the website interface as user friendly as possible by keeping unrelated information seperated but related information combined. For example, when you reserve a lobby, there are drop down boxes that allow you to execute any ugc specific config, and choose any map currently on the servers*.
*If we are missing any maps, please feel free to add VoidWhisperer on steam and he will add them ASAP.
Mumble reservations
One thing that sets us apart is the mumble reservation feature we have. You can reserve a mumble to use for 3 hours!
Rules
As much as everyone wishes rules weren't a thing, there are a few rules that you must obey while using the site:
1. Don't do anything to abuse the servers. If something is done to cause the tf2 server to have a detrimental effect on the host server, you will be banned from the website
2. Don't use this to host your public servers. These are meant for a competitive environment and as such if we see them being used for pub servers you will be banned from using them
3. If you are using them to host lobbies, don't incessantly use them to host stupid lobbies. If we start to hear complaints, your ability to make lobbies will be restricted.
Donations
We currently do not take donations - though that could possibly change the future, for now it won't.
The servers are currently all in the NA, specifically in Chicago as that is where my server is. I don't plan to expand to the EU yet, mainly because this service is paid for entirely out of pocket by myself and I only have so much I can pay for it per month. However, we are not at our max servers for the NA yet so we can add more in if it becomes necessary.
If you have any bugs or feedback, please add me on steam and send it.
I'll keep this post updated as new things are added.

Edit: Also, please don't shoot this down since it's just a 'serveme.tf clone'. I was inspired by what Arie made, but they serve two slightly different areas.

I'm very suprised by the response the site has gotten. It was orginally just a project to get rid of my extra resources on my servers, and now over the space of about a month we've gotten nearly 2000 reservations.
